We’re seeking a Lead Generator. This position is full-time with the opportunity to grow into a permanent Business Development role.  This dedicated individual needs to be target driven, professional with strong communication skills, and able to work under pressure. Duties Include:

  • Exceed or meet personal and company targets while demonstrating a solid customer focus. 
  • Pre - Qualify Prospect Leads. 
  • Develop new accounts through analyzing, prospecting, exploring, networking and referrals. 
  • Provide detailed and regular updates on weekly activities to management.
  • Provide feedback from clients in order to assess possible improvements to existing products and to determine the need for new products. 
  • Resolve challenging situations with empathy and sincerity. 
  • Provide superior customer service, both verbal and written.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events.
You need to have the following:

  • Background in sales, customer service or cold calling.
  • Passion to turn prospects into customers.
  • Excellent phone manner.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment, both independently and collaboratively. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and have a vehicle.
Compensation: Base Salary $35,000 + Commission
