Array is currently seeking people to join our team in the following positions:
Account Executive – Sales
Front End Developer

Do you have outstanding active listening skills? Do you love to build relationships? Are you a team player who likes to stay up to date on the latest tech, keep a watchful eye out on marketing trends, and follow and engage with your favourite brands online? Are you motivated and willing to push yourself to achieve your goals? Are we speaking your lingo, yet? If so, you might be a great candidate for our team’s newest role, Account Executive – sales focused.

In this outbound sales-focused role, your daily duties could include any of the following:

  • A high focus on customer service and external relationship building.
  • Hunting and developing lead lists through research to secure sales.
  • Support with developing an outbound sales strategy.
  • Support with fielding potential client phone calls and scheduling discovery meetings.
  • Negotiating to secure profitable sales volume and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Multi-tasking, prioritizing, and problem-solving as issues arise.
  • Attend events and support the production of live social media content.
  • Collaborate with the account management on closed sale handoff to an active account.
  • Coordinate and gather assets from clients (as needed).
  • Communicate with clients, affiliate networks, and affiliate partners.
  • Contribute to overall marketing strategy and brand awareness campaigns for Array.
  • Brainstorming content and campaign ideas that drive results for clients (as needed).

Mandatory Skills:

  • High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience. You are comfortable presenting to a full boardroom or Zoom session.
  • An active presence across multiple social media platforms (aka digitally savvy).
  • Attentive listener. You love to jump on the phone to get to know folks!
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly organized.
  • Must be a team player.


This position is full-time, Monday to Friday / 35 to 40 hours per week. At this time, we are not considering applications from out of the country, and the ideal candidate is able to work part-time in our Nanaimo office, and part-time from home, remotely. Our crew are TWAT’s – Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in the office, Monday & Friday from home.


Negotiable based on skills and experience, the commission is uncapped. A benefits package is available for employees after a probationary period provided they maintain full-time employment. Additionally, we include a $500 per year health & wellness payment to help you take care of our personal well-being.

Do you have a passion for web with an eye for design? Do you possess the technical skills to create appealing, functional websites? Do you enjoy creating custom solutions for complex problems? Do you set a high standard for yourself and have an appetite to learn? Can you work both independently and in a team-oriented environment?

We are always accepting applications for a front-end developer that possesses formal training or on-the-job experience in responsive website design and development, with at least 1–2 years of experience in the field. In this position, you will be developing, deploying, testing, and monitoring custom websites and web apps. Your primary role will be building user-friendly web and mobile sites and web apps from the ground up, while collaborating with team members and clients across multiple disciplines, skills, and backgrounds. Your responsibilities range, but are not limited to, WordPress development, web app development, and Shopify & WooCommerce development.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Highly experienced with custom layouts using HTML5 / CSS3
  • Experience with jQuery / Javascript, including sourcing & integrating libraries
  • Experience with custom WordPress theme development, including custom post types, ACF, and writing templates from the ground up
  • Experience with basic WooCommerce
  • Knowledgeable enough about PHP to write custom functions to solve unique client needs within WordPress
  • Basic+ experience with files designed in Adobe XD

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SASS
  • Experience with Ajax, extra points for Ajax within WordPress
  • Experience with Databases / MySQL
  • Experience with Liquid and custom Shopify themes
  • Previous experience with React / React Native
  • Highly detail oriented with a design eye

Job Duties:

  • Slicing Adobe XD files and developing with HTML/CSS/SASS/PHP/jQuery
  • Responsive website development
  • CMS Setup and management (WordPress/WooCommerce and Shopify)
  • Javascript programming, including the use of jQuery and other libraries.
  • PHP development
  • Advising design on suggestions for interactive components


Monday to Friday / 35 to 40 hours per week at our HQ in Nanaimo, BC. At this time we are not considering applications from out of the country, and the ideal candidate is able to work part-time from our Nanaimo office.


Negotiable based on skills and experience, between $40,000 to $70,000 annually. A benefits package is available for full-time employees after a probationary period.
